Funny but every time I go up to Clayton I have to go to Gal's at least once. Serving sizes are huge. Ironically it is Hershey Ice Cream which is made here in PA. Somehow it always tastes better up tgere.

HUGE serving sides & great ice-cream. Google said business closed at 2:30, but thank goodness that was wrong and they were opened!

Great servings! Nice selection. Long line that goes quickly. It's hard to see the menu as it is behind glass, and there is a pergola that ceates light variations and glare. They used to have a menu by the line so you could select as you waited. That was not there this year.

Super nice staff. Great subs and lunch special. Mac and cheese on Friday is a must try and if you're lucky enough to get their baked beans, try them. You won't be disappointed.

Great prices, delicious ice cream, and serving sizes bordering on comically large! This place was well worth the stop! I got a BABY banana soft serve with rainbow sprinkles in a cup, and it was plenty for me. I even got a wonderful surprise of MORE SPRINKLES in the bottom of the cup! I’ll definitely be back. Also to note, it seems their hours on Google are incorrect. I included a photo of their sign with updated hours. Enjoy your ice cream!

I got the fish sandwich and Mac & cheese on a Friday. It was delicious. I got some snack foods from the shop side. Prices were out of this world. They were cheaper than Watertown where you'd think competition would lower prices. I definitely recommend stopping here on your route to or from Canada.

Went for icecream around 1pm on a Tuesday and had a very short wait. There is a lot to choose from, and they have numerous types of icecream. They also had flavors not listed on their menu which was kinda weird. They have GENEROUS servings. Their small sundae was more like a large….so keep that in mind when ordering! The prices were very reasonable. Rating down a star as the place has an overall dirty feel. It could use a good freshening up. (I did not go into the inside part)
